Online Programmes

The best bit to come out of lockdown for me was launching an online group programme. 

My first one brings together the science of positive psychology and the art of journaling. It’s called Writing Back to Happiness. 

It’s a four week programme, where I support you with daily email prompts, a private Facebook group with exclusive interviews with other experts, and live interactive Zoom calls. You can get results with as little as two minutes a day, but ideally you’ll find about 15 minutes in your daily routine – and once people start to notice the shift they find that easier. Part of the reason is that happy people have more energy, and come up with more ideas. 

I’ll offer it again in the future, so if you’d like advance notice (and early bird prices) let me know here. I’m also working on a programme specifically to create more happiness at work, and will share details with my email list first.
